We are also interested in articles describing the various schools of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, etc.

We are interested in holistic healing modalities and stress reduction techniques.

We have an interest in where yoga has been incorporated into the workplace, any corporate or business programs that encourage yoga and stress reduction through wellness programs or workplace classes.

We do not accept music reviews or unsolicited poetry and cartoons. We are interested in book reviews and tips on websites that encourage well being.

We would like to cover a diversity of views from many yogic traditions. How does the practice of yoga engender a wholeness of mind, body and spirit while deepening our connections to the world?
