Needs: Nonfiction: articles, book reviews, fillers, interviews and personal anecdotes.

Length: Articles and Interviews: 500 to 1,500 words
Humor: 500 to 1,000 words
Book reviews: 300 to 500 words

Humor - $5
Book reviews - $5 plus free book.
Writers can also opt to get free advertising in exchange for published articles, humor pieces or tips.

We also conduct monthly writing contests, and publish the winning poetry, essays and short stories. Guidelines are posted in each issue and pay cash prizes without entry fees.

Tips for Writers: Gear your articles toward professional writers and editors, rather than beginners. We love "how to" type articles. We also prefer to publish articles of particular interest to freelancers and telecommuters.
